Prototype construction
The second step is the production of up to 5 prototypes using an innovative additive production process. As standard the FDM process will be used. DLP SLA can also be used.

Project schedule
All of the above services can be booked individually as a module. Or all together as part of a project. If required, large projects can be realized together with universities and/or partner companies.

Feasibility check
It starts with your idea or a sketch. Together we develop a new product. I see myself as your development partner who implements the client's vision so that it can be manufactured.

Small batch production
Following the successful prototype tests by my customer, I am able to manufacture up to 500 parts / month using innovative additive manufacturing.
If you need larger quantities, I am able to provide you with a suitable premium manufacturer of technical ceramics.

Follow-up Support
Even after the start of series production of the product in your company, I am still available for further support (e.g. for optimisation or cost reduction analyses).
